Hi, I’m Daisy

I care about the spaces and relationships that support us to grow. My work builds and strengthens communities, catalyses important conversations, and makes transformation possible.

I work as a facilitator, mediator, and coach, both 1:1 and in groups of all sizes. I am currently pursuing a Master of Divinity at Harvard Divinity School.

I am moved by stories and play, by connection and conversation; I am resourced by the more-than-human world, by the web of interconnectedness, and by the mystery of the unknown. I work in pursuit of justice and liberation for all beings.

Past and present projects

Mediation & Conflict Coaching (2025-26)

I volunteer as a mediator in the Greater Boston Area with the Harvard Mediation Program (HMP), and through a work placement at the Community Dispute Settlement Center (CDSC). I predominantly co-mediate cases in small claims court, and support HMP with the delivery of their Basic Mediation Training.

“That was a master class in mediation, and I feel fortunate I was able to observe.”

With CDSC, I also deliver 1:1 conflict coaching, group conflict skills workshops, and support the delivery of restorative sessions, all for young people navigating the criminal justice system. These interventions provide alternatives to traditional, carceral approaches to ‘justice’, making space for connection, reflection, and inter/intra-personal transformation.

A Clown’s Guide to Conflict at HDS (2025)

In November 2025, I hosted Dwight Dunston and Donna Oblongata at Harvard Divinity School, to deliver their workshop ‘A Clown’s Guide to Conflict’. Attendees included chaplains in training, therapists and social workers, current and future religious leaders, teachers and academics.

“Unlike other conflict trainings, this had no simulated disputes. However, it replicated the discomfort and scariness of conflict much better than any other training. Instead of learning more about how to strategize conflict, I learned more about how to experience it and exist within it.”

I believe that we all need more tools in our conflict toolbelts, and that we can all benefit from more practice at being in, and ultimately transforming, interpersonal conflict.

The Necessity of Ritual (2024)

I was awarded a Churchill Fellowship to research the role of rituals and ceremonies in supporting people through major life transitions.

The research asks how rituals, ceremonies and rites of passage can help us through periods of transition and change; support us to find grounding and continuity when we may otherwise feel lost or unsure; offer us a sense of belonging, safety and nurturing when we feel alone, isolated or unwelcome; and help us to mark significant moments in our lives in meaningful ways.

As part of the research, I hosted three retreat days at Sadeh Farm, supporting attendees to develop a deeper relationship to the conscious and unconscious rituals in their lives, as well as designing new ones to help mark time in meaningful new ways.
